Summer recipe for skin

Hii
how are you all??..mine is not too good with such a hot weather(mercury is soaring high to 44 degrees)..Any normal person would almost faint with such a hot temperature...whenever i goes out my skin gets tanned, face get all over red rashes and makes me look like a monkey..so today i have come to the rescue of all the problems by giving cooling(thanda...thanda....) effect to my skin and protect it from this harsh weather of India....yes...i am talking about mint leaves.many of us make mint chutney to please our appetite, but today we will be making mint cubes for pleasing our skin and that to get rid of all summer problems..but before that let me tell you some benefits of mint..
<mint leaves>
mint leaves

Benefits of mint
  • It works with all kinds of skin..so it's a kind of versatile ingredient.
  • It contains salicylic acid which is very good for acne prone skin
  • It keeps skin oil free and very fresh
  • It works as magic on burns
  • It works on lightening of skin tone
  • It reduces the size of the skin pores
  • It makes skin glow like a bulb..:-)
now it's time to do some work for all these benefits...

Things needed:
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • hand crusher..(which our granny used in old days)
  • ice cube tray

Steps to proceed:

STEP 1:
Firstly wash mint leaves properly so that no dust particle remains on it,as we are using it for our face..so it needs to be cleaned properly.

STEP 2:
Now put the leaves into the hand crusher and make sure you apply the proper force to extract the juice..just be a little patient with this process...as this is time consuming...

STEP 3:
Now extract all the juices and put them into an ice tray...refrigerate them for 2-3 hours to get prefect ice cubes

STEP 4:
Now after so much of hard work your summer recipe for skin is ready..

Now how to use these:  I use them whenever I go out in sun and immediately after coming back home. This gives very nice cooling effect and relaxes my skin and plus all of the above benefits..so go ahead and try your hands on these easy to use and made mint ice cubes...I feel like i am having budget friendly mini air conditioner for me..(lol jokes apart)..i am sure you will love this..
