Hey everyone
This Sunday I tried this chili chicken recipe which is one of my all time favorite and it turned out amazing. This is very simple and easy to made.check it out:
YUMMY..YUMMY..

PREPARATION TIME -1 hour approximately

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken-1 kg or you can vary as per your need.
  • Onion-4 to 5
  • Garlic-7 to 8 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder
  • Green chili
  • Tomatoes-3
  • Capsicum-2 to 3
  • All purpose flour(Maida)
  • Egg -2 to 3
  • Oil for frying
  • soya sauce
  • tomato ketchup
WAY TO PROCEED
#STEP 1
Wash chicken pieces properly and for chili chicken it will be better if boneless chicken is taken.
#STEP 2
Now break down eggs into bowl and mix salt and red chili/black pepper powder into the egg and beat all these properly. Now dip chicken pieces into it one by one and have a coating of egg all over it.
#STEP 3
In a separate plate have maida and now coat these chicken pieces with maida. Egg will act as an adhesive and make maida to stick with chicken properly.
#STEP 4
After finishing the step 3 now heat oil in a pan and fry these chicken pieces ill they get golden brown and half part pf the job is done.:-)
#STEP 5
In a separate pan add very less oil(1-2 tbsp) approx and add onions(cut these vertically long long) and garlic(chopped). Now when onions get slightly golden add capsicum(cut it vertically also) and let it get cook for 5-10 minutes. Now in the last add tomatoes and green chilies(make puree of it). When this whole mixture gets cooked add salt and your favorite sauce.(I used soya sauce and tomato ketchup).
#STEP 6
Now comes the final step put your fried chicken pieces into your above mixture and you are done with your chili chicken recipe with an Indian touch.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Before proceeding pork chicken with the help of fork as this will help salt to get into the pieces.
  • Add salt carefully as soya sauce is also salty.
This is a tried and tested recipe..You will surely love it.Try it and let me know whether you love it or not.
